Open Journals @ UToledo will undergo a significant upgrade from its current version (3.3.0.13) to the next long-term support version (3.5.0.5). The site at https://dev.openjournals.utoledo.edu will be a testing (staging) site to collect any error data and feedback from users with a profile in this journal site. All submissions and self-registrations have been disabled until further notice.
